Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at Wrightgifts.co.uk, registering your details will allow you to:

  • Build a personal wish list
  • Reserve items and join waiting lists
  • Be updated on new products, offers and news
  • Shop online with access to a history of your purchases
  • Manage your address book and email settings
  • Access a dedicated team to help you when ever you need us

    To create a secure account, simply click on 'Register' and fill in the required fields. For your convenience, you credit card information can be stored in your Wrightgifts.co.uk account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder.
  • Pricing & Payment
    Please note that all our prices on our website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. If your order is being delivered within the EU then your bill will include VAT. If your order is being delivered outside the EU then you will be responsible for paying your local custom fees and import duties when you receive your package.

  • Shipping & Delivery
    We will contact you if your order cannot be delivered within 5-7 days to give you the option of cancelling. A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made. The only exception to this is our Sheffield silver plated cutlery. These sets are generally made to order and take around
    4-7 weeks to be manufactured. Our UK courier is Interlink Express and we offer a standard overnight service. If you require a delivery for a specific date please call us on +44 (0)114 2796568 or email sales@wrightgifts.co.uk.

    Standard delivery charges are in place for most of Europe. If your country is not listed then please call or email us for an individual shipping quotation. A standard shipping charge of £50 is applied to all orders from the USA and Australia although additional charges may be incurred for large orders. We will contact you and confirm these costs before proceeding. Please note that all customers from outside the EU are responsible for all duties, sales taxes and other local charges.
    Returns & Replacements
    We at Wrightgifts want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are disappointed with the quality of the product please notify us within 7 working days and we will either provide an exchange or a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the purchaser's credit card.

    If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through wrightgifts. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

    Items should be new, undamaged and unused. Returns that are not in this condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Failure to ship items in the original packaging may result in a return being refused.
